Paired movements are taught in our Academy at the earliest ages. Creating players who are proficient in paired movement ie how and when to use these movements on court will make the teaching of team systems of attack and defence much easier at age 12. Paired movements are a fundamental of Futsal and are used to create space, open up passing/shooting lines and relieve pressure. Here we look at how to effectively use a screen run.
