Paired Move: Match Play Exercise

Learn about Futsal paired movements a Futsal fundamental

Paired movements are taught in our Academy at the earliest ages. Creating players who are proficient in paired movement ie how and when to use these movements on court will make the teaching of team systems of attack and defence much easier at age 12. Paired movements are a fundamental of Futsal and are used to create space, open up passing/shooting lines and relieve pressure. Here we explain how we get our teams to integrate paired movements into match play with a simple set play exercise from the goalkeeper.
