15JunFIRST TEAM: RECRUITING FOR SEASON 2021/22
We are looking for the best local talent to strengthen our Men’s National Futsal Series squad for the 2021/22 season with the recruitment process now underway.
Our mens team was formed in April 2019 and in their first season won the National Futsal League Championship North and have secured promotion to the National Futsal Series 2 which is the second tier of futsal in England.
24AprVACANCY: Match Official Scoreboard Operator x2
The Scoreboard Operator and Announcer will play a vital role in the match day event experience with sole responsibility for managing the scoreboard and keeping the time during the match. In futsal the clock stops every time the ball goes out of play. As scoreboard operator you will essentially be the third match official on a matchday and will not only be responsible for starting and stopping the clock every time the ball goes out of play but will also be required to add goals, fouls and time outs to the electronic scoreboard as well as announce the team line ups and goalscorers on the PA system.

The FA announced some exciting changes to the structure of elite-level Futsal for the 2019/20 season, which will revolutionise adult Futsal and provide a springboard for the game to grow rapidly. Carlisle Futsal Club is in a strong position with the launch of our men’s team for the 2019/20 season. Our men’s team is underpinned by a strong academy programme that has been in place for the last 7 years and which now spans Cumbria, providing a steady stream of highly talented Futsal educated players for the future.
