Top Coach Signs On
England Futsal Goalkeeper Coach Tony Elliott has been appointed as Carlisle Futsal Clubs first Futsal ambassador.
The England National team goalkeeper coach regularly travels the world with the National Futsal team and England Cerebal Palsy 7-a-side team working with some of the countries top sporting talent. Now he has agreed to join Carlisle Futsal Club to help the club realise its ambition of competing at the highest level in domestic Futsal, in the FA national Futsal League.
Off the court Elliott has agreed to play a part in representing and promoting Carlisle Futsal Club in the local community at events, forums and in various other arenas whilst sharing his on court experience with the clubs players and staff.
He will play a crucial role in raising the profile of the club as part of a strategy of building a successful and sustainable future through a strong and committed fan base.
Club Chairman, Al Tindall told the club website: “Tony has been involved with the club since its inception. He was one of the first people to contact us when the club was formed offering his support both on and off court. His passion for the game is unrivalled and we are delighted he is now joining us in an official capacity. We look forward to building on our great relationship.”
